Many thanks to Spicewine for sweetening the pot! I'm going to try their Heifer Dust rub - thanks!

Edit: I have to add that this theme inspired me to try when of those fancy wrapped and stuffed fatties I have seen so many of you guys do. Prior to this I had done more than a few naked fatties and been very pleased with them. However the extra flavors that result from the stuffing really take this to another level. I just did another fatty and stuffed it with chorizo - another great combination! Thanks for the inspiration!
