Prepped with Apple Juice injection, BBQ rub mixed in ketchup and Sriracha

Loaded in my Yoder

all nice and cozy!

I am NOT in/on a comp team, but if'n it was me . . . I'd definitely put
pieces with bark in the box and find a way to make the rest appear to be moist.
