Default Off and running.

Last weekend I catered my first party for a friend. Thirteen pounds (cooked) of pulled pork, 6 pounds of pulled chuck, rolls and slaw. One of the guests at his party called last night and wants a price on making pulled pork for 100 people. There will be other food also so I'm thinking 30 #'s of cooked pulled pork, 200 rolls, and a gallon of sauce. This is going to be a just cook it and get it ready gig, they will come and pick up the food.
