That there will make some sweet smoke for next year's Thanksgiving turkey! I love pecan wood smoke, use it for almost everything.

Pecan is my go to wood, it works great on anything you want to cook. I even did a bunch of baked kosher salt potatoes with pecan, and they tasted fantastic.

That pile will bring you lots of great food.

Pecan mixed straight or mixed with wild cherry is my favorite all around smoke wood. That should keep you in business for a while.
