Default Bird Booster

How is this stuff?

What flavor is best?

Does the original have a season all taste?

Can it be used on turkey?

I haven't used Bird Booster yet.

I like OakRidge Game Changer Brine mixed with apple juice as my injection.

I've only tried the original, it's good. It has a buttery pepper taste. Not too salty IMO.

Try it with low sodium chicken stock instead of water...

The Chipotle, Original, and Honey are the best sellers. We have had huge amount of return customer on these products. We cook with it and yes it works very well. The original has the chicken base flavor. It can be used for all poultry products. I have 30 turkeys to cook next weekend and I will be using the original for those items.

I've had good results with the Honey flavor. 3 top 10's in 3 contests.

Recipe please just received the brine today. For the injection do you mix the same as the brine?
