Lawrence, KS 5/12 & 13
Just a note to let the brothers know that the MoKan MeatHeads will be in Lawrence next weekend with our Billy Idol music and my vocal chords tuned up.
Last year I met a guy at the GAB and asked him if he knew us and he replied, "Yeah, you're the Billy Idol and Margarita Machine team, right?" Amen!

My daughter lives in Lawrence with her family. I like Grand Daddy's BBQ on the other side of the river. He's a helluva nice guy and his ribs are great. Crazy custom smoker too.

Dang it, I was gonna judge at Lawrence but my daughter's last soccer game of the spring season is that Saturday afternoon... unless they tell us this weekend that last week's rain out will be made up May 20, I won't be at Lawrence at all.
