Haha - glad to hear that you're enjoying your change of ways. Being healthy is a noble thing, but you only get so many days no matter how healthy you eat.

The days that I live for are the ones that I spend on the back patio in the warm sun, with a big hunk of meat on the smoker, beer in hand, dog napping by my side, and my Fiance there enjoying it all with me.

If only I lived in a state with more warm, sunny days!

Hooyah! If got wanted us to be vegans, why did he/she make meat taste so good? Really happy you are enjoying the drum. Fun way of cooking as I have made at least 8 of them.
