was told beginning of May, so should be shortly. Racing will also be at Belmont so should make for a great turn out with people walking through.

Sorry my mom offended you. Just kidding. It was pretty bad, but i think there are going to be vendors there, so it should hopefully stop some of that.

they said the applications would be up "in a few days" at the judging class. So that would be now. I wish they would just post the categories and turn in times so I could try and start to figure out a game plan. This will probably be my first and only contest this year, unless I can convince the wife to buy a new car sooner than later.

I was figuring that we would get a few extra categories as well. I also wanted to see how feasible it would be to do both grilling and Q'ing.

yup, GK will be having a grilling contest on the first day. Grill kings will supply all grillers a case of Surefire Charcoal(their own product), and you have to cook on that. Grilling entries are:
bbq sauce 1:00 wings 1:30 pork chop 2:00 For RBSnWNGS.. all entries are due in at 2:30.

I don't think you'd like this cookoff Chris. Weak trophies too.
If I were you I'd go somewhere else.
