Default UDS Maiden Voyage

While not an overwhelming success, a fun learning experience. Tried my hand at 2 racks of pork back ribs, and a bacon cheese burger fatty. Here is an overall summary in pictures.

Thanks. The fatty came out pretty good, but I guess it needed more cheese, and I really need more practice at the ribs. I tried the 3-2-1 method and they were too crunchy, so I have some work to do there. Will be trying a turkey next weekend to get ready for the holidays, if anyone has any suggested techniques for that as well.
