Default Perfect grilling weather!

It's an awesome *70 this afternon in OKC so I decided to do a bit of top sirloin that we got the other day, used a bit of Eads rub on them & a dab of horseraddish, and came out perfect! The GF did her mashed potatoes with some 6 blend cheese, sour cream & crushed garlic and we are having an awesome early dinner today. What's everyone else cookin'?

It was a beautiful day here in Oklahoma today. That is exactly why I had to grill/smoke something. Ended up being a sirloin pork roast. I had not planned on a cook today. But it was far to nice not to!

Good looking chow...we had 70 also...70 mph winds that is!

We have a nice white covering of fresh snow so the BBQ is working much slower.

Still, the only way to go.
