Default Sundays cook during football.

I did an over night soak of ribs with sour orange and zest.Went to light the fire only to realize that I used all the fruit wood on the last smoke.Too late to go to Home Depot so I cut up some oak and finished with rosemary wood.Windy day for my cheap Brinkman. My rub, sauce(infused with more sour orange cause the tree is full)came out pretty good but a little dark.I also made mini stuffed portobellas with smoked mashed potatoes, shallots, garlic, scallion, cheddar and fresh Mozz.
Hard to cook and watch football at the same time but the Dolphins won.
