I am from NY. I moved away when I started high school. With the holidays around the corner I wanted to make a couple of things I loved to easy when going into the city. More like being dragged through all the windows and freezing my butt of so my mother could go see the Rocketts. Anyways, I loved the chestnuts and the pretzels. Anyone know how they do it? Can it be done on the kettle? It's the temps and the heat source that I am most interested in.
