Default So what to do with leftover brisket chili?

Make chili dogs, of course

Whole wheat bun, Nathan's hot dog, brisket chili, chopped sweet onions and shredded cheese.

Nice move, BTW!

Come on, he had whole wheat buns. How much can you ask one man to sacrifice. We should applaud Ron with this brave step into healthy eating.

When I saw the title, this is exactly what I thought. That looks good. I need to get another brisket.

With that amount of shredded cheese, those almost pass for Cincinnati chili dogs.

It really wasn't that much. a small handful, probably less than 1/4 cup, but I agree. It reminded me of a chili cheese coney from Skyline, but the chili wasn't the same. It was better
