how long should it take on a stick burner to do a breast or two.what final temp should I be looking for and any tips.thanks

Depends on the size but usually until their done.

I see a lack of Common Sense here, A Smoker is a WOOD fired Oven. If you cook it at 325 in the electric/gas box in your wifes kitchen until the internal temp it 160 deg you cook it the same way in the smoker
