So I had some leftover brisket from Sundays cook. Didn't really want sammiches all week, so I made some quick chili. I will make this easy for everyone to follow along.

This is the Dutch oven/kettle mod.

A little as help always!!

And now for the rest of the story.

This is just incase anyone missed the Dutch oven / kettle mod.

Thanks for looking!! I have learned so much from this place in the last year, I'm just trying to give back a little!!!

That rules. I need to get a dutch oven and a cast iron skillet sometime. Two pieces of cookware no man should go without, I suppose.

Raising your boy right.
