Default Leg Quarter Cost

I am cooking leg quarters for 35 fire fighters this Saturday. Im curious how everyone would charge for this. By the pound or by piece? What would you charge?

I can get 40lb cases for $0.92/lb.

Thank you

Cook two cases, as there is approximately 30-35 whole leg quarters in a 40lb case. And the same reason, they are firefighters two whole legs each should do.

Every year I deliver 2 smoked turkeys to the local fire house on thanksgiving day. My little way to thank the guys and girls that keep us safe during and on the holidays.
