The only part of this that was done over fire was the charred onions, but it was pho king delish!

places around here offer tripe and brisket...mmmmm...man...now im craving a bowl..looks like a great idea...may have to make brisket springrolls soon! thanks for the inspiration...pics to come soon

Not sure I really know what I'm doing, but I did have a small, long haired, Vietnamese man yelling at me cause I was doing it wrong once. I now do it like he did!
