Default alfredo pizza

So the wife convinces me to try making alfredo pizza. I've never had alfredo pizza before. She makes the cream sauce, I smoke some spinach and chicken breast.

spread out the dough, some onions, the cream sauce, chicken and spinach, mozzarella.
Kind of a tough day to do pizza on the UDS as the wind is blown and it's in the low 40's. I thought it was going to turn into a Fail as I couldn't get the temps as high as I like.
Turned out freakin awesome.
