Default Costco lamb blasted at inferno level on the egg. PrON

These packs of Lamb are a great deal and have tons of flavor. Pinned the temp needle so got some great grill marks and super juicy. Might have melted the egg Down I'll have to check in the morning lol

I think i'll give lamb a chance more and more...just tried some yesterday. That meal looks scrumptious!
