nothing planned for me at this point. dealing w/a nasty sinus infection is making not want to do much of anything except lay around and take the meds.

Going to be grilling some carne asada with a michelada on Saturday. Probably do some baked potatoes on the grill as well with some other veggies

Not cooking anything this weekend - rolling out of the bed at 4:30 am in the morning and driving up to The Jack! I will then buy a T Shirt and act a fool since I will be out of state.

We are doing ribs and brisket on the Assassin and comparing it to the same on the FEC 100. Should be interesting. Our subjects will not know which was done on each cooker!

I haven't had a chance to cook in a month but I am planning to make some ribs and brats tomorrow. Hopefully, instead of my usual "I messed Up. What did I do wrong?" post I will have a "Look at how good this looks" post on Monday.

I am due.

I'm grilling burgers Saturday while trying to get more work done on my custom RF smoker I'm building. Sunday, might smoke a pork loin...just sounds good.

I'm trying baby backs on the OTG for the first time.

Picked up a 14 lb butt for Sunday in case the ribs don't turn out.

TGIF! Can't wait to get started.
