I'd guess up to a 20 lber shouldn't be a problem. I was planning to do a big one on the drum and a slightly smaller one on the Jimmy 18"

I am going to cure a turkey like a ham and smoke it whole and see how it comes out. I am having dinner at my Daughters house and so far there are fired turkeys, roasted turkeys and I wanted to try my version instead of a ham.

You deserve Diplomatic Status and should be excused from cooking!
