Default Looking for Brethern Brutha stuffed chops last weekend.

Fellow Brutha, I was admiring your pr0on of the stuffed pork chops with the apple, cherry, peach stuffing so much I gave it a crack myself...
I was using a pork loin cut into 1'' chops. The flavor of the stuffing was spot on, however, the chops a little dry. How long do you have them on the grill?
I used indirect heat with pecan chips in a smoke box, @225 for 2 hours.

I grilled mine. Total time was about 20 minutes. 5 minutes per side direct to sear and then 10 minutes indirect to bring the stuffing up to serving temp.
