2 hrs exact with Kettle running 310-315* - IT of 143* - letting it Rest Bout 20 minutes.

I've done a butt with it - 8 hrs but I had to add lil charcoal after 6 hrs ( but I hadn't packed the chamber 100% full) -- that's y theres the sqaurish hole and I cut out the grate over hole.
