Default aaron franklin commercial

stop me if you heard/saw this already.

too late !

i'm watchin' a movie on TBS and they go to commercial. there's aaron franklin cookin' and slicing some brisky ...................with a big smile on his face.

then a shot of customers.............. travelers.............who are lookin'
for some Q. They are happy.

they have the new chase sapphire card; and can go anywhere.

so i'm planning my trip to texas. meet you there.

The commercial story is true. trip is out there somewhere..maybe.

oh. and if my beef backribs in the freezer are gettin' frosty, are they ruined ?
haven't been there long.
do you have luck with previously frozen meats ?

That commercial stars Chef Matsuhisa, who is world renown for his Asian cuisine. I think it is an excellent commercial -- but, I'm a foodie.

And, don't worry about the ribs. Just thaw them and cook them. Freezer burn is progressive, so if they have not been in the freezer too long, you should be fine.

In the future, if you want to freeze meat, get a Foodsaver so you can freeze them in a vacuum. No air -- no problems.
