The UDS is the perfect pizza cooker... I don't think many know how good it works. You can cook from 225-250 to 350-400 and they turn out the same with nice crispy crust and NO pizza stone required!

You definitely don't need any smoking wood just some good charcoal.

Looks awesome! I worked in a pizza place when I was in school and BBQ Chicken was one of the best sellers. The only difference was it was topped with red onions. I like yours better!
