Default You all need to get STUFFED!!!!

Pizza that is

Well I don't know if this is a first but I made stuffed pizza on my WSM

I started with a variation on my normal stuffed/deep dish dough. 5 day sleep in the fridge






Knowing that this is going to be a strange cook I chose to brown the sausage first on the smoker.



Time to start putting the pie together

It's off and resting




Yep think I earned a mixed drink
