Default Pork tenderloin with a little help....

From Maribel...

She has been away on a business trip from a whole week and she is back. Here's what we did.

A quick dip in dales sauce and seasoned with webers roasted garlic

Smoked in direct until it hit 140 with hickory wood

Maribel made something called fettuccine Alfredo

Plated and ready to eat

Have a great weekend.
