Default Breakfast on the Tractor Rim

Went camping for a few days and made my favorite breakfast.

I took my tractor rim.

burnt the wood down for a good bed of hot coals...

started the hollandaise sauce first. It takes the most attention and is easy to reheat when needed. I use 3 egg yolks, butter, lemon juice and seasonings.

grilled some ham, toasted the English muffins, then fried eggs last.

Tried out my new little skillet for the eggs. It worked great. It's half the weight of my cast iron.

topped my muffin with ham..

I caught a few fish too. :)

Thanks for looking!

You never ceases to amaze... I have cooks that can't get their hollandaise to hold when they make it in a commercial kitchen.

though there can be no open fires and no non-purpose built grills/smokers, so the park ranger may not like the tractor rim
