Default Kermit Legs in Miss Piggy Diapers

Tried a few new things this weekend
Kermit Legs with Miss Piggy Diapers and Bacon Wraped Turkey legs all cooked on my scrap Iron verson of a Kamado I call the Commando!

Picked up a pair of Turkey Legs

And some Kermit the Frog Legs

Sesame oil and wine based marinade for the frogs and a brown sugar brine for the Turkey

Used some concrete blocks and fire bricks to build the Commando!

Seasoned the Turkey legs with Johnnys pork and chicken

Get the Commando heated up

T legs on the hot side to sear up a bit

After searing the legs, remove and wrap in Bacon to cook on the low side

Close up for the cook with a lid made of a piece of foil wrapped steel
