Kermit Legs in Miss Piggy Diapers
Tried a few new things this weekend
Kermit Legs with Miss Piggy Diapers and Bacon Wraped Turkey legs all cooked on my scrap Iron verson of a Kamado I call the Commando! Picked up a pair of Turkey Legs Attachment 85580 And some Kermit the Frog Legs Attachment 85581 Sesame oil and wine based marinade for the frogs and a brown sugar brine for the Turkey Attachment 85582 Used some concrete blocks and fire bricks to build the Commando! Attachment 85583 Attachment 85584 Seasoned the Turkey legs with Johnnys pork and chicken Attachment 85585 Get the Commando heated up Attachment 85586 T legs on the hot side to sear up a bit Attachment 85587 After searing the legs, remove and wrap in Bacon to cook on the low side Attachment 85588 Close up for the cook with a lid made of a piece of foil wrapped steel Attachment 85589 Check the progress Attachment 85590 Kermits ready for the grill Attachment 85591 Need to get it hotter for the frog legs Attachment 85592 Frogs jumped on the grill! Attachment 85593 Miss Piggy Diapers fitted on Kermit Attachment 85594 Plated up and ready to serve Attachment 85595 What better way to spend a rainy weekend than building a scrap Iron Commando Grill and cookin up some legs, Miss Piggy Style!
