Yep...I just finished a few slices of the brisket flat I did yesterday. I already have it bagged up for the rest of the week, too ;)

Amen to that. People hate when I warm up my lunch and the smell of smoke fills the break room. Some of them have just decided to have me cook extra and take it to them so they have the same for lunch during the week.

Just finished sonme left over chuckie and acorn squash from Saturday. Heats up real good and makes everyone else in the lunch room jealous. Once in a while I smoke a couple of extra BB slabs and bring them to work as a treat. They seem to disappear real fast!
