Default Nothing but the kitchen sink!

This is my entry for the "Scrap Iron Chef" throwdown. I have been racking my brain to come up with some elaborate setup for this cook. And then one day at work, it hit me: Why not just use a stainless steel sink? I have about 5000# of these sinks at work so finding one to use was a piece of cake. For my cook, I used the sink, 2 of my drums to hold up the sink, and a stainless cooking grate I had.

Now for the meal. I decided to cook up a real nice ribeye steak and some sliced up red potatoes. I rubbed the ribeye with some Simply Marvelous Cherry rub (that stuff is awesome).

For the potatoes, I sliced them up, sprinkled them with some Col. Stan's Secret Spice that I got in the recent Sauce and Rub trade, topped them with some butter, and wrapped them up in foil.

I used some Kingsford Hickory charcoal and a couple of chunks of hickory as well.

And finally, the plated money shot.

I had to explain what I was doing to about 10 different people who happened by since I was doing this cook in my driveway. The probably thought I had lost my mind when they first saw me setup.

looks good!
since you have so many available, you could design a full on cooker/smoker around the sink and sell them.

Gotta do what you gotta do, steak looks great. What brand of sink was that, lol? I bet a sink would make a nice smoker.
