Default New BWS Extended Party

It took 10 weeks but the Extended Party smoker I ordered from Backwoods Smokers came in last week. This is my first high quality smoker and I couldn't be happier with it. I dealt directly with BWS and the folks there could not have been nicer. Also, as a new member to the Brethren I contacted two members who had previously posted information about their Extended Party. Both of them... White Dog BBQ and cmohr74... gave me a lot of great advice which really helped me hit the ground running after I uncrated my smoker. Thank you both so very much. What a great group to belong to! Oh, and by the way, I did my first cook with the new smoker a few days ago and my baby backs turned out great. I'm looking to having a lot of fun and lots of great food with it.

Those Backwoods are rib-cooking machines!!! Mine has been bulletproof cooking @ home. I used it just for ribs in comps the last two weeks and took a 3rd then a 1st.
If it's possible, you'll grow to love it more.

I'm rolling with a G2 Party and a G2 Chubby... love them both.. but I do prefer the party more.. it seems to cook better.. but it's just bigger I guess..
