I've assembled a mini WSM of sorts for experimenting.
Just wanted to see if I could produce something the family would enjoy before putting hardly any $ in.
I think I've got a new hobby!
The neighbors contributed a 3lb chuck roast. (Pulled beef sammiches)
I threw in a tri tip.
I had no expectations going in, but I think it turned out great!
