Default Baby back rack on UDS

Went ahead and rubbed down a baby back rack for dinner with the wifey tonight. On UDS now. Cruising at 235. Hopefully we will be enjoying a nice, juicy and smokey rack of ribs!

Normally I'd have two or three but it's just me and the wifey tonight.
