We got ours from Extreme BBQ Trailers. We are very satisfied! Not the cheapest, but James is the best!

I had mine built by Freedom Trailers, custom built to HD specs and with the commercial fridges and steam tables I have $17,200 invest in a 16 foot v nose. Alway get a v nose as it gives you a little more room and better fuel milage towing

Freedom Trailers built mine, too. Price was right, but the trailer is a piece of junk. You get what you pay for! I've had mine for 8 months and will be needing a replacement very soon.

Could you please define "junk"? Is it the trailer or the equipment, what parts are going bad?

I have made at least 10 calls to the factory, each time ensured that someone will return my call. Nobody ever did. Finally bitched loud enough to get someone else on the phone, they told me I was SOL because I'm in Canada, no warranty. |

Sorry to hear about the bad quality. Do you have the warranty? Does it specifically state that you are not covered? Contact the George BBB and lodge a complaint. At least your problems will be on record where others can see.
