Default Made Some Smokeing Hot Sauce Today

This is my 2nd batch and it turned out excellent. Very Hot but it really tastes great. Here's a little run down. Best part about it everything except for the garlic came out of my garden.

3 Roma Tomatoes
18 large Jalapenos
18 Tabasco Peppers
3 Habanero's
10 Garlic Cloves
2 Cups of Water
Salt to Taste

Getting them angry on the Q-100

Sweating it out

Showing off

Into the Jacuzzi. Had to do it in two batch's.

Done

Thanks for looking.

My computer is getting hot just opening the pics. Dont mistake it for the Sunday morning Bloody Mary mix!!!Do you add any acid to this mix?

Am I the only one that uses a $30 hand crank food mill for seeds and skins?

no, you are not. I have a small food mill for the kitchen, but also have a Victorio with multiple screens in my prep area downstairs.

I'm a little bias but it tastes great and really not as hot as you might think. The Hab's give it a kick on the back end though. My daughter bypassed the Tapitio in favor of it...........

Looks awesome brother. Nothing like homemade. I bet you could add that to a bbq sauce and really take that sauce to the next level.
