Default competition check list

I am entering my first competition this Saturday. I was wondering if any of my brothers in bbq could help me out with a quick check list of things I will need.

It's best to do a practice run and anything you touch put on your list. You might need something that others don't

The top of the list should always start with BEER.

Or if you want to be able to build a box without a pounding headache and a face covered in crusty vomit, the top of the list should always start with WATER!

I'm surprised to see that coming from a Canadian. I always heard that a Canadian town starts with a hockey rink and then a beer store, and then the rest of the town is built. Is this not true?

I can't help you with the list but you should definitely get some leg extensions for your table if you don't already have them.
