Default Another LI'er here!

Hi Everyone,
Frank here! I'm from Long Island, NY and I've been smokin' for a few years, but still consider myself a newbie. ABT's, fatties and ribs are things I make the most. The last few years I've had a vertical smoker, but it bit the dust this summer. I'm currently building myself a UDS (below) and plan on getting a lot of use out of it.....(just need to build a charcoal basket). Looking forward to reading posts on this forum for good ideas, tips and advice for some good Q.

I'm beginning to think that there may be more BBQers on LI than there are people?

Welcome!

Whereabouts on The Island do you hail from?

There's a huge group of us.
