Church BBQ
I will be doing my first large cook 100# uncooked this weekend for the BBQ on Sunday after church. I was going to use the bws g2 chubby to warm the pulled pork back up! Could I also use this as a warming cabinet? I do have two gurus so maintaining temp should not be a problem!

Yes you can, just make sure you get the reheated product up to 160*F in 2 hours. Once it is there you can turn down the temp on the BWS.
