Don't you just love it when a plan comes together as planned? Great build and some great looking ribs to celebrate with. Good Job!

Blessings,
Omar

That I am. they are great and supportive of everything I do. They are happy though because I can start cooking some of the food at get togethers and take a little off of them.

Great looking smoker and trailer. I've enjoyed following your build. Congrats on that doe! The weather had everything messed up over here in MS this past weekend. We drove all the way up to Forest, MS and nothing was moving except squirrels. Well good luck on all your future smokes and hunts!

thanks. Stay tuned for the rest of the build. I'll be putting the final touches on the UDS this weekend and then started on the back end of the trailer with the grill. Gotta have something to cook with for snacks while doing long cooks. haha
