Default 2 lb choice Porterhouse PrOn

Most money I've paid for a steak. 2.2 lb aged Porterhouse. Seasoned with Oakridge Santa Maria seasoning. Seared on the egg and finished at 350 til 130*. It was really good. My little helpers enjoyed it as well.

That's right - just meat and bread. GF's outta town so no veggies tonight!
