Default Riverfest 2013 - Decatur, AL Sep. 13 & 14

My team The Four Porksmen are jumping off the high dive into the deep end of the pool for our very first competition. Heck I've never even cooked a brisket before but I've seen it done on TV so I have that going for me. I've had the Assassin 28 fired up the past two weekends to practice cook times and flavor profiles so hopefully we avoid DAL. Are any other Brethren entering this event?

See you there. This is a great contest! I will be your friendly neighborhood meat inspector for the "pro" teams. Good luck!

Are bottles provided for the sauce competition or do I need to provide my own?

They usually provide styrofoam cups with lids.
