Default Chicken n' Waffles...curly fries too w/PROn

Good evening brethren and sistren!

Hope everyone is enjoying their long weekend. I wanted something sorta different today so I went with what the title says.

Now some pron:

Cut up a whole chicken into pieces

Just kept it simple with eggs as batter with seasoned salt flour for coating the chicken. Dipped the chicken pieces into the "seasoned flour" first, into the egg wash second then into the seasoned flour again.

I craved some curly fries as well since I was gonna fry so I whipped this bad boy out and ran a couple potatoes through it.

Curly fries anyone??

Plated up in my Big Boy plate. I never run out of good Maple syrup since my neighbors are Canadian and always bring me back some. I wanted to sample all the pieces

Succulent and exactly what I planned for

I fried in my DO on the gasser. Yes, the DO makes all the difference.

Happy Labor Day guys!
