Default Starting my weekend

I got a couple butts, a couple racks of ribs and a little bourbon. Going to try some of Chris Lilly's rub and injection for the butts and his dry rub for the ribs.

The pro-cess, as my Canadian friends say, is to add a little to the injection, add a little to some apple juice and spray during the cooking pro-cess and indulge a little while I watch some Michigan football tomorrow.

Yea, I'm curious as well. My experience (which is limited!!) is that when I use whiskey in cooking, i go overboard and ruin stuff.
