Default Tuesday evening leftovers

Had two breasts left over from Saturday that felt neglected so some McCormick's chicken rub and on the grill they go. I flipped them twice during the cook to try to get crispier skin but it didn't help too much.

Some Sweet Baby Ray's to finish them up, a little Chardonnay and a little College World Series....a pretty good evening!

What temp were you cooking at? The higher the better (and some direct time never hurts) for crispy skin.

at that temp, it would probably take another 30-60 minutes to crisp the skin up indirect (it takes a full 2.5 hours to crisp up the skin on my wings indirect at your
temps). it eventually gets there.

what's up neighbor?
