Default My Labor Day Weekend Cook

I have a Yoder YS640 and here's what I cooked for Mom's Birthday on Sunday. Stupid me, I didn't take any pictures.
Meat Temp. Weight Cook Time Final Temp
Brisket 250 13 9:20 201
Pork Shoulder 250 7 7:30 205

This was my 1st Brisket and my 2nd Pork Butt. Both came out good, especially the butt. It was so moist and pulled apart without any effort. Tender too!
