Default Little Piggy In Louisiana

No, I'm not from Louisiana; and I've never seen a pig cooked this way. I found the video on another forum I visit; and thought everyone might be interested. It's a little long; but well worth it. Don't stop watching before you see the "Louisiana Microwave" near the end of the clip.
