Default Man Fire Food coming up soon

Cooking Channel, 232 DirectTV, 8:00 PM EST
Anybody else watch this? I kind of like they way they focus on different cooking techniques. Tonight: 300 pounds of fish nailed to oak boards around a fire; and legendary Texas BBQ places & 3rd generation pitmaster.

No, not sure what the family tree is but the pitmaster is Wayne Mueller, billed as 3rd generation.

For those that saw or recorded the show about cooking fish nailed to wooden planks in new england, I sure hope those were SS roofing nails they used, but kinda looked like galvanized on the tube
