LOL...that also but i was going to say spatchcocked chickens on the WSM Mini cooked @ 325-350!

I do them on the drum and the are awesome...i do them on the mini and the are AWESOME x 10!!!

We cook ours at 375 for 2 hours (start cold and slow ramp up while smoke permeates to full temp in 30 minutes). Used Pimento wood again!

Pimento wood! Go to Jamaica MON! Good temps to do...my last bird i let it floated at 380-400 for a while.
