Default Its official!!

So this morning I ordered my 12ft trailer that im going to build a mobile smoking trailer for competions and catering.
We have done multiple competions and unloading a 3ft 250 smoker out of the bed of a truck is no-more. We would have 2 trucks loaded for 2 days that has tents, tables, chairs, lights, small generator,2 plastic totes full of stuff,2 coolers of meat, wood, 15 gallons of water.
Now we will have a 5ft smoker and everything on this nice dual axle trailer with an awning,2burner spot, counters, built in coolers for beverages, a cooler for meats, electric outlets,on-demand hot/cold water.

Cant wait....
